Based on the current unprecedented developments at Department of State and USCIS, no more 485 applications are being filed. However all applications that have been filled out, signed and submitted with the attorney offices will remain with the attorneys till further notice.

As and when we hear of any change of development the status quo will be maintained. In other words, there is no GC processing happening at 485 stage for anybody with priority dates beyond the 2007 availability dates.

I-140 applications pending or pending to be filed, is going to work like before, with no change.
