AKS CEO/CIO
Amitesh Sinha, CIO has over 16 years of Management and IT Consulting experience. As the head of Information, his primary focus is on improving business processes with IT and provides customers with strategies and tactical approach to gain usefulness of corporate information. He works with customers to nurture a culture of seeking solutions from within their own business problems ensuring responsibility for their IT investments and profitable returns.
He has lot of experience in improving Business Processes in various industries including Home Building. He architected a Home Building Management Software, Builders CoPilot; he understands the current systems in the Home Building Market and because of his Technical Skill and Diversified Industry Knowledge, he is qualified to consult with Home Builders on what systems can work and what cant, depending on how informed their own systems, staff and resources are. He consults with Home Builders and other Industry Heads on Process Re-engineering and Improving Profitability.
Paul Wilson, COO
In Paul’s 30 years of business experience he has worked as both an operating executive and consultant providing leadership in logistics, supply chain and transportation management to a variety of industries. He was the Senior VP of an international catalog company and the President of a 3 PL that provided warehousing, packaging, returns processing, order fulfillment and transportation services to over 50 client companies in some 2 million square feet of warehousing facilities. As a contractor, Paul was responsible for the executive management of logistics for a $950 million manufacturing company with operations in Europe, the Far East, North and South America. For nearly 20 years of Colonel Wilson’s Marine Corps career, he led reserve logistics units in combat service support and aviation ground support operations. Paul has a BA degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, the Warehousing Education and Research Council and American Mensa.
Jim Bailey, Strategy & Logistics Consultant
Jim has over 20 years of experience in the design, development and marketing of business-intelligence software. His work for organizations such as The Solo Cup Company, The West Bend Corporation, the fund-raising arm of the University of Chicago and several dot-com startups has focused on crafting efficient, effective solutions that improve productivity and promote cost savings. At West Bend, he deigned and implemented a truckload logistics system that saved the company over $15M in less than 3 years. Jim earned his B.S. in Computer Engineering and M.S. in Mathematics from the University of Illinois at Urbana.
Rajiv Ghatak, Head- Business Development
With over 15 years of Sales & Marketing experience, Rajiv's responsibility includes client acquisition and relationship management life cycle. He works with a team to take iConnect's high-value, niche propositions to C-level teams within our customers' organization. Our market focus includes Logistics and Transportation, Retail and Federal/State Govt. institutions. Rajiv also manages our alliance / partnerships and ensures working as a team delivers unique benefits to our customers. He manages our corporate accounts and takes responsibility for customer satisfaction.
Catherine Judson, Sales & Strategy
Catherine Judson is a Senior Construction Technology Consultant with iConnect Group with offices in North Carolina and Virginia. Judson has over 22 years experience in construction technologies and works direct for the builders, developers, sub-contractors, remodelers, general contractors, and construction trades. Her builder clients range from small volume custom to high volume production and luxury homebuilder groups. Judson’s expertise in pre to post construction processes, including back office-field-sales-buyer-trades-and the new trend towards web portal communication enable her to understand builder inefficiencies and how to flip existing stored data into real time information and alerts. These small or large technical changes will reap huge results and improve your bottom line, regardless of market conditions. Matching builder pain points to technology solutions, monitoring staff progress, and end to end results have allowed Judson to guide construction companies of all sizes towards reduced motion and mistakes. Judson was the 1st NAHB Life Director from North Carolina, has served as an officer for the NCHBA, and a long standing member of NAHB Business Management and Information Technology committee.
