– Unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. based on contract site
– Research, design, develop and test operating systems level software, compilers and network distribution software including and not limited to API development and integration. Set operational specifications and formulate and analyze software requirements and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis. Update software or enhance existing software capabilities. Consult with customers or other departments on project status, proposals, or technical issues.
– Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design systems and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.
– Prepare reports and correspondences concerning project specifications, activities, or status.
F/T, Bachelor’s degree in a computer related field, 2yrs exp in job offered or 2yrs exp in a computer related position.
